Terms & Condition

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Wajubert’s services. By booking our services, making payment, or engaging with our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.


1. Bookings & Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total fee is required to secure your event booking.
  • The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 14 days before the event date.
  • Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

2. Payments

  • All payments must be made in the agreed currency and via the payment methods provided by Wajubert.
  • Late payments may result in suspension or cancellation of services.
  • Any additional services requested outside the agreed contract will be invoiced separately.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event may be eligible for partial refunds (excluding the non-refundable deposit).
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable.
  • If Wajubert must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund all payments received, excluding any non-recoverable third-party costs.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • The client must provide accurate information and timely approvals for planning to proceed smoothly.
  • The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, permissions, or licenses required for their event, unless otherwise agreed.
  • The client assumes liability for damages caused to venues, equipment, or property by guests, attendees, or third-party suppliers engaged by the client.

5. Services Provided

  • Wajubert will deliver services as outlined in the agreed proposal or contract.
  • Adjustments to services may occur if required by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, venue restrictions, or vendor availability).
  • We reserve the right to subcontract services to trusted partners where necessary.

6. Force Majeure

Wajubert will not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of God, pandemics, strikes, political unrest, or venue unavailability.


7. Liability

  • Wajubert’s liability is limited to the total amount paid for services.
  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of enjoyment, emotional distress, or business opportunities.
  • While we coordinate vendors and suppliers, we are not liable for their independent actions or omissions.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Wajubert respects client confidentiality. Personal information will only be used to provide services and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UK courts.

By engaging our services or making payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
